1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from https://estherglittering.com/
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged equipment
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Perishable or consumable goods (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After this window, cancellation may not be possible.
